The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Octavia Securities Limited. Criminal and/or Civil liability shall apply for any attempt to tamper with our intellectual property.
Octavia Securities is always committed to ensuring that the app is useful efficient and compliant with International Best Practices, for these reasons, we reserve the unfettered rights to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for per time.
The DNI app stores and processes the personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s however your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We, therefore, advice that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the DNI app won’t work properly or at all.
The app does use third third-party that declare their own Terms and Conditions.
Because the functionality of DNI may be hinged on the facilities and performances of such third-party applications, users of the DNI app are bound by the terms of these third-party applications.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Octavia Securities will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi, or mobile data as provided by your preferred mobile network provider, whichever you choose, Octavia Securities shall not be liable for the functionality of your chosen service provider.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, be informed that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the credit card.
Octavia Securities cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app hence, ensure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail of the Service, Octavia Securities cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Octavia’s Securities responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Octavia Securities accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal device. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the App or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the App or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. The App or any portion of the App may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Company. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Company without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Company's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Company. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Company. You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of the App so long as the link does not portray Company or the App in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Company logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.
Location data
Location data: The App may use location data to provide certain features and services. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your location data in accordance with these Terms and the privacy policy of the App.
Please be aware that the DNI app is designed solely for the purpose of allowing ingress and egress of persons into your space, hence DNI does not determine whom you let into or out of your space, it is simply a gateway that shows you the data as provided by the guest, and you reserve the right to either accept or deny entry. Octavia Securities bears no liability for who comes into or out of your space or what they come in or leave with.
For the purpose of access to premises, the algorithm of the DNI app is specially designed to generate one time security access codes for entries into spaces, Octavia Securities shall bear no liability if such codes are sent to the wrong person, hence, you may want to always double check to ascertain your intended end user information.
The DNI app works in conjunction with a scanner at the entry point to check codes and ascertain the correctness of same. Octavia Securities shall bear no liability if it turns out that your scanner is faulty, so you may want to ensure that it always remains in good working condition.
These codes are user specific and hence should not be transferred to another person, hence, DNI will not be held liable in any way whatsoever if the recipient of the entry code forwards it to a third party.
User content
The App may allow you to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content, including but not limited to text, photos, videos, and reviews ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By posting or publishing User Content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the owner of the User Content or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize the App to use your User Content as described in these Terms; and (b) your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Content, but you are required to grant the App and its users a limited license to use, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App. You also grant the App the right to use your name, likeness, and any other information that you provide in connection with your User Content.
From time to time, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Octavia does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS versions that you have installed on your device. However, by virtue of accepting these terms, you undertake to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, we may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
